Send one private invitation link by text, WhatsApp, email, or wherever you already talk. A guest opens it, sees the current plan, and answers Going, Maybe, or Not Going right there.

The event folder stays in the host's own Google Drive afterward. Event photos are available through Madali's paid options. Guests never pay or see a price.
Every message in a group chat is a claim about the past. Somebody asks what time again, and you answer again. You move dinner an hour later and now there are two answers in the thread, both of them technically there, and the only person who knows which one is current is you.
A plan should have a current version. That is the entire idea.
See who is going, who is unsure, and who never answered. Before the day, you can ask for one confirmation with a real due time, so an old yes does not quietly become a wrong number at the grocery store. The guest of honor is never asked.
That confirmation can only reach a guest through a Madali notification they already turned on. Everyone else sees it when they open your link.
The timeline is written once. Helpers and vendors see the moments and the tasks that belong to them, and can send back one short note or flag a problem. Guests see the useful details and none of the back of house. The person the day is about gets a view with no logistics in it at all.
Change the time or the place and Madali does two things. Your link now shows the new details, so anyone who opens it gets the current answer rather than a message from Tuesday. And the people who already said they were coming are asked to confirm again, because a yes to the old time is not a yes to the new one.
You still tell people yourself, in the group chat or however you normally would. Madali makes sure that when they look, what they find is right.
