How to create a gathering with Madali

When the plan is small, the setup should stay small too. Madali lets a host start with the few details people need, see the invitation, and keep shaping the day afterward.

The full phone stays visible as the host names the celebration, chooses a photo, and reaches the invitation preview.

Start with the celebration, not a giant form

Give the gathering a name and date, then choose the image that should lead the invitation. You can start blank or use a light template. The goal is to get the real plan on screen quickly, not to make every decision before you begin.

Preview what guests will see

The invitation preview gives you a clean check before you share anything. Confirm the title, date, photo, and current plan. Guests open their invitation in a browser, so they do not need the Madali app or an account to answer.

Add the parts that make the day run

After the basic celebration exists, add timeline moments, helpers, vendors, and invitation links only where they help. A multi-day celebration can keep several dates under one guest list. If different guests may attend different parts, RSVP by plan keeps those answers separate.

Keep a multi-day celebration together

When one celebration spans several days, set the full date range and organize planned moments under the right day. Guests still have one celebration and one guest list instead of several disconnected events.

The full phone stays visible while the host sets the date range and keeps each day’s plans clear inside one celebration.

Share when the plan is ready enough

Use one group link when the same invitation belongs in a group chat, or personal links when you want each named guest tied to a private invitation. Madali keeps the current plan at the link even if details change later.
